Self Reflect

 Being mentally happy is something that we all strive for, yet it can be difficult to achieve. It requires a lot of self-reflection and understanding of ourselves. Taking a break from the hustle and bustle of life can help us to reconnect with our inner selves and gain clarity on what makes us truly happy.

 It is a journey and it takes time to figure out what makes us content, but it is worth the effort. Self-reflection can help us identify our strengths and weaknesses, what motivates us, and how we can use those qualities to reach our goals. By taking the time to assess our mental state, we can take steps towards achieving a happier mindset. 

Self-reflection is a process where one uses their own thoughts and experiences to determine how they are feeling in a given moment. This can be a challenging task because of the complexity of human emotion, but it is important that we take the time to reflect on our mental state. It may lead us towards happiness. A study shows that self-reflection has been shown to reduce stress and increase positive mood by activating what is called the default mode network. The default mode network is believed to be active when we are at rest or during normal wakefulness, so when we activate this network through self.

For me I have gotten the chance to be prayerful and finding comfort from God and within myself. I have been thinking through, analyzing every option critically, well I don't have it figured out, but I thought a share of the progress would be fine. I am focused on finding my purpose. I have been following through a key note speaker and well I am learning. Daily I am shocked that you don't have to pray only but you have to connect with people. God works through men. that is the connection.

I am learning that when you pray for favor, God has to use men to make it to pass, depends with your calling. I am learning to honor people. improve my value, maintain the advantageous relationships , more praying. This is working for me, I don't know for you.

 I am inviting other ideas that we can share, ways which you survived a mental turmoil, or a breakdown, or rather when you thought you had lost it and you overcame it, we want to know. I am watching these crazy series, and they were saying , God wants us to do right within ourselves, love one another and just avoid that which is not right before His eyes and everything will be okay.

I think life has a way of navigating itself, I am just flowing consciously.
